“Remember your heritage, it’s not ‘Braai Day’. Whenever I cook curry I add the spices in exactly the same order my Grandfather use to instruct us. Jeera, Koljana, Barishap and Leaf
Masala which translates to Cumin, Coriander and Fennel. These were the basic spices of all the curries Oupa Rama prepared and my family can not cook with one ingredient short.
