The Diep River property sales data comparing 2012 and 2013 sales indicates that there was only a very small drop from 71 sales in 2012 to 69 sales in 2013. There has however been an increase in the median sale price from R1 125 000 to R1 250 000.
Although the number of sales thus far in 2014 is at a low 26, the median price is R1 332 500 proving that there is a steady growth in sale prices achieved in the area.
