The number of transfers in Diep River is down by 18% from 60 in 2016 to 49 in 2017.

Resulting in a decline of a total spend of R125 585 750 to R102 770 890.
The market has leveled out as indicated by the average selling price of 2016 & 2017 only having a small increase of R4200 to R2 068 900.
The R/m2 has increased from R3520 to R4939 though.
The highest price attained was on 2 Bronnies Way which sold for R3 850 000.
